Macaroni-Tuna Casserole
- 8 oz. macaroni
- 1 qt. boiling water
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/8 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 oz.) can tuna
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1/2 c. crushed potato chips or corn chips
- Combine macaroni, water and salt; cook until slightly under done (5 to 7 minutes).
- Drain and use later.
- Set oven to 350u0b0. Melt margarine in skillet.
- Saute onions and pepper until tender. Remove from heat; stir in soup, tuna, mustard, milk, salad dressing and cooked macaroni.
- Turn into buttered casserole; top with potato chips.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Yields 6 servings.
