Upside-Down Pizza
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- mushrooms, bell peppers, Italian sausage and/or Canadian bacon (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Brown ground chuck and onions; pour off fat.
- Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano.
- Put mixture in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and sprinkle with Mozzarella. In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour.
- Pour over meat mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 12.
