Low Calorie Chicken Salad

  1. Place all ingredients, except lettuce, in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and toss. Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings of 89 calories per serving.
  2. Beat egg yolk. Combine with other ingredients; mix well. Chill before using.
