Honey Bunches French Toast & Strawberry Bellini

  1. Place the cereal in a zip up bag and roll over it several times with a rolling pin to break down the pieces a bit, it will stick better to the bread. Pour out into a dish
  2. In a bowl whisk together the milk, cream, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Heat a large pan over medium low heat.
  4. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture then press each side into the crushed cereal until well coated.
  5. Add a tab of butter to the pan and a few slices of the french toast. Brown to a light golden brown on each side. You can place the finished sliced on a parchment lined baking sheet and keep
  6. warm in a 250 degree oven while you cook the rest.
  7. Serve along with some fresh berries and warm maple syrup.
