Yuletide Drops

• 1/2 c. butter or margarine
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
• 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. cloves
• 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
• 1 c. chopped pecans
• 1 c. finely snipped dates
• 1/2 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. chopped candied cherries

1. Cream butter or margarine, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
2. Stir in sour cream.
3. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves.
4. Stir into creamed mixture.
5. Mix in oats, pecans, dates, raisins and chopped cherries.
6. Drop from rounded teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
8. Remove from cookie sheet.
9. Cool on rack.
10. Makes 5 dozen.
