20 Minute Meal: Rice Noodles With Prawns And Vegetables Recipe

  1. Boil a full kettle of water. nnFill a pot with boiling water and season with salt. Insert your rice noodles and boil them as instructions says (rice noodles are much quicker to da than normal spaghetti). nnStart with preparing your vegetables. Grate your ginger, garlic and cut your carrots, broccoli and onion. nnSieve your pasta and wash it well under cold water so all the excess starch is removed (it will help so your rice noodles do not stick together). Set them aside.
  2. Prepare a large pan and heat it up on medium. Add your oil, chilli and half of your herbs your minced ginger and stir well. Add your carrots and broccoli and stir well. Season with fish sauce, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper normal pepper and minced garlic. Stir well for a minute. nnAdd your cooked prawns and after a minute your rice noodles and some extra sesame seed oil as well. Stir around gently so you do not break up your pasta. ndd a piece of butter and let it melt in your meal. Your meal is ready.
  3. Add lemon juice to your meal for an extra flavor boost. nnEnjoy.
