Chicken In Honey-Mustard Sauce

  1. In skillet over medium-high heat in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned; remove.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. In same skillet combine soup, orange juice, mustard, honey and pepper.
  4. Heat to boiling.
  5. Return chicken to skillet.
  6. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often. Serve with rice.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
