Glazed Pear And Orange Arugula Salad

  1. WHISK together spreadable fruit, vinegar and oil in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. MELT butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add pear slices. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until pears are sizzling. Stir in brown sugar. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more, turning once, until evenly glazed. Remove from heat.
  3. DIVIDE arugula among 4 salad plates. Top each with pear slices and blue cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately.
  4. Vinaigrette can be made up to 3 days ahead. Chill until ready to use.
