Sheep Cheese And Vegetable Napoleons
- 3 beetroots medium
- 2 kohlrabi medium
- 1 tomato medium
- 2 11/16 cups sheep cheese soft, Bryndza
- 3 tablespoons wild garlic chopped
- 3 tablespoons chives chopped
- 3 3/8 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- Remove the skin from red beets and kohlrabi, cut into round slices along with tomatoes
- Oil the baking sheet, brush vegetable slices with oil, place them on the baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper
- Bake at 180 to 200 u0b0 C until roasted (30-45 minutes), turn the slices over in the middle of baking to prevent burning
- Vegetable slices could be also grilled
- Mix the sheep cheese with chopped herbs, plate portions using a small ice cream scoop, divide the portion into halves horizontally, place the first half over a kohlrabi slice, slightly pressed down to coat the slice and cover with a beet slice
- Repeat this procedure using also a slice of tomato as a garnish
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve
