White Bread With Cornflour

  1. Before the baking day makes the sourdough.
  2. On baking day mix all ingredients together.
  3. After knead shape the dough and put into large ball.
  4. Rest for 45 minutes.
  5. Pull edge to centre and rest 45 minutes.
  6. Press out the air and shape the dough.
  7. Rest for 90 minutes or put into the fridge for a night.
  8. Preheat oven for 250 Celsius.
  9. Put the bread on baking tray and cut the top.
  10. Grease the top with water.
  11. 5 minutes after the start of baking, put few ice cube into oven for steaming.
  12. Baking 45 minutes.
