White Bread With Cornflour
- sourdough COMPONENTS OF
- 3/4 cup bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast sugar and salt
- 6 3/4 tablespoons warm water

- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 5 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 teaspoon yeast sugar and salt
- 2 cups sourdough
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
- 15/16 cup warm water
- Before the baking day makes the sourdough.
- On baking day mix all ingredients together.
- After knead shape the dough and put into large ball.
- Rest for 45 minutes.
- Pull edge to centre and rest 45 minutes.
- Press out the air and shape the dough.
- Rest for 90 minutes or put into the fridge for a night.
- Preheat oven for 250 Celsius.
- Put the bread on baking tray and cut the top.
- Grease the top with water.
- 5 minutes after the start of baking, put few ice cube into oven for steaming.
- Baking 45 minutes.
