Microwave Chocolate Yogurt Bundt Cake
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- coffee
- 8 ounces yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- 5/8 cup potato starch
- 9/16 cup cocoa bittersweet, powdered
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 corn oil full of, or rice bran oil
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.
- Add the yogurt, salt, vanilla extract, flour, potato starch, and oil, a little at a time.
- Butter a 24 centimeter microwaveable bundt cake pan and coat it with breadcrumbs (if using a silicone mold it is not necessary to butter the mold and coat it with breadcrumbs).
- Bake according to your microwave baking instructions, approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the microwave, cool it completely and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
