Dreams Ham, Cheese And Spicysausage
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 7 1/16 tablespoons ham
- 1 3/4 ounces spicy sausage
- 7 1/16 tablespoons cheese Flemish
- 2 7/8 tablespoons margarine
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 7/8 cup water
- 2 sprigs parsley
- salt to taste
- oil to taste
- Start by putting the water in the cup along with the butter and a pinch of salt.
- Program 10 min., Temp. 100 degrees, vel. 3.
- Towards the end of this time, the water should start boiling (depends on water temperature and margarine).
- Add the flour and baking powder and set for 1 min., 100 temperature, speed 4.
- Remove the cup and allow it to cool.
- Without washing the glass, put the cheese, ham and large sausage all cut into small pieces.
- Also add the parsley, eggs and the pasta previously set aside.
- Schedule for 1 min., Speed 7.
- As my eggs were not very large, I felt the need to add one or two tablespoons of milk to the dough, for it to get less dense.
- Put oil to the heat. When hot, add small spoonfuls of dough and fry.
- Remove when they are golden and drain well on paper towels.
- Some I let fry for longer, which made them to stay 'hollow' inside.
- Served with white rice.
