Finger Lickin' Tofu Nuggets

  1. Wrap the tofu in a clean tea towel and press to remove excess water.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl except for the almond milk. Slowly add the almond milk and stir until you get a paste.
  3. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. You can do strips or nuggets if you like, but the smaller bites mean more of the yummy coating. Plus it reminds me of popcorn shrimp or chicken!
  4. Roll the tofu bites around in the coating until they're, well... coated.
  5. Over medium heat, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add tofu bites in a single layer and brown them on 2 sides.
  6. Serve with Sriracha or other favourite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
