Teriyaki Shrimp

  1. Mix wine, honey, teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic and ginger in a large bowl. Add shrimp and green onions; toss well. Cover and refrigerate 30 mins.
  2. Thread one shrimp onto each skewer. Heat a grill pan on high heat or preheat grill to medium-high. Cook shrimp 2-3 mins each side, until cooked through. Cook onions 1 min or until golden.
  3. Toss onions with greens. Serve shrimp on a bed of greens. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
