Almond- Berry Cream Tart
- 1 pastry tart shell with almonds
- 3 eggs
- 3 5/8 tablespoons ground almonds
- 100 sugar gramsgranulated
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 3 7/8 tablespoons pistachios
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1 3/4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pint raspberries or 200 grams frozen fruit
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- Line the tart dish with the tart shell.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In the electric mixer bowl, combine the eggs, ground almonds, sugar, cream, pistachios, flour and melted butter.
- Mix for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Add the berries over the tart shell then add the egg/ cream mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool before unmolding, serve chilled or at room temperature.
