Brownies With White Chocolate Chips
- 2 1/16 cups dark chocolate %70 cocoa
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter you can also use oleomargarine
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar if you want them more sweetened you can use 225g
- 3 large eggs
- 2 3/4 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup flour
- 9/16 cup white chocolate chips depends on how much you like
- Preheat the oven to 180u0b0C (fan 150u0b0C , gas mark 3). Grease and line a square 20cm cake tin.
- Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl. Set the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. (Make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl) Heat, stirring gently until melted. Remove the bowl from the pan and cool slightly.
- Beat the sugar into the chocolate mixture (it will start melting, thats good) using an electric mixer. Add the eggs one at a time until all combined.
- Sift in the cocoa and flour and beat until the mixture is smooth. Add the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the mix into the tin and bake for 25 minutes or until the seeker inserted into the brownie comes out clean.
- Allow to cool. Cut into squares and serve.
