Crab Supreme(Make One Day Ahead)

  1. Cook celery, green pepper and onion slowly in small amount of water for 10 minutes.
  2. Place 1/2 of diced bread into 9 x 12-inch cake pan or equivalent casserole dish.
  3. Mix together crab meat, cooked celery, onion and green pepper, mayonnaise, Accent and salt.
  4. Spread over diced bread and top with remaining 1/2 of bread.
  5. Mix together eggs and milk and pour over ingredients in dish.
  6. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator, spoon mushroom soup over top and sprinkle with paprika and cheese.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 325u0b0.
