Sheesh Kabobs With Yogurt Dip
- 1 minced meat tray of, I used turkey, but you can use chicken or lamb, or beef, your choice!
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin jeera powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 handful coriander fresh chopped
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- 1/2 cucumber peeled, deseeded and chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 cup yogurt fresh
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Combine all the spices and minced meal and arrange it into skewers
- Drizzle olive oil onto a pan with aluminum foil
- Place the skewers over it
- Set the oven for 400 degrees and cook for 30 minutes
