Gluten Free Seed & Nut Crackers
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground walnuts finely
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rosemary fresh chopped
- Place the Smart Oven+ Baking Stone Attachment in oven. Select STONE BAKE mode and preheat to 350u0b0F.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, walnuts, seeds, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and olive oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix together until dough comes together, then roll the dough into a ball.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until about 1/8-inch thick. Remove top piece of parchment and cut dough into 11/2-inch squares.
- Transfer the parchment paper and Crackers onto the Baking Stone and bake for about 15 minutes, until light golden brown. Remove Crackers and let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
