Matcha Green Tea & Green Tea Jelly With Honey
- 1 teaspoon tea Matcha
- 1 11/16 cups cream liquid
- 9/16 cup turbinado sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon agar agar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla ground
- 1 1/4 cups green tea
- 1 tablespoon agar agar
- Combine Matcha tea with two tablespoons of liquid cream in a medium saucepan, mix well.
- Add the remaining cream, and stir over medium heat.
- Do not boil the mixture.
- Add sugar, stir.
- Add agar agar, stir to dissolve.
- Remove pan from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Add the milk, then the vanilla.
- Pour into small glasses.
- Brew green tea, let cool.
- In a saucepan, mix the agar with a little water. Bring to boil.
- Add the cooled green tea and let stand for ten minutes.
- Pour the green tea mixture on the Matcha cream and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
