Shrimp, Avocado And Grapefruit Salad

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in peeled and deveined shrimp.
  2. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Drain shrimp; reserving marinade sauce to be use as salad dressing.
  3. Make individual salads by placing large leaf on salad plate; cut remaining lettuce in strips and place on top of leaf. Arrange shrimp in center; alternate slices of avocados and pink grapefruit around shrimp.
  4. Used reserved marinade sauce as dressing.
