Effortless Veggie Tofu Scramble

  1. On medium heat, in a medium sized pan, heat coconut oil until melted.
  2. When melted, add onion, garlic, and sweet red pepper. Cook for 7 minutes or until caramelized.
  3. Now, add nutritional yeast and spiced. Except for salt.
  4. Cook/sizzle mixture for 5 minutes.
  5. Add tofu with hands, crumbling it over the pan.
  6. Mix well with a spatula for 5 minutes, while diminish large pieces of tofu into smaller ones.
  7. Add water, mix the mixture.
  8. Lastly, add the spinach and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
