Easy Eastern European Fruit Crumble Recipe (Recept Na Rychlý Drobenkový KoláČ)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour

- Set you oven for 185 C.nnFor the batter:nreate your batter with whisking us your eggs with the sugar. Add your milk and vanilla essence and continue to whisk. Slowly add sifted flour and baking powder to the batter and your butter (room temperature or melted). Incorporate all together with the grated lemon zest.
- Fruit topping:nrepare you fruit and coat it on 1 tablespoon of sugar and flour and combine well.
- Crumble:nith your hands and fingers combine all the ingredients. It is best to use fridge cold butter.
- Now grease your baking tray and coat it with flour or bread crumbs. Fill your baking tray with your batter and spread evenly. Now add your fruits and then top it with your crumble.
