Turkey Breast Roast With Roasted Root Vegetables

- 1 turkey breast roast wrapped with netting
- 3 figs prunes or dried apricot
- 2 garlic gloves
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sweet potato large
- 2 parsnips
- 4 turnips
- 2 carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic gloves minced
- 2 tablespoons rosemary chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- salt
- pepper
- Cut small slits into turkey breast and stuff with fig, prune, apricot, garlic and rosemary
- In small bowl combine oil, lemon, honey, salt and pepper and brush over turkey breast
- Place turkey in baking dish, covered with aluminum foil, and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes or until cooked through. Baste every 15 minutes.
