Meatballs And Cabbage

  1. Shred cabbage. Mix Sauce: Combine Marinara sauce and Cranberry Sauce. Mix until well blended.
  2. Make meatballs: Combine meat, eggs, garlic and onion. Mix in enough bread crumbs to be able to form meatballs. Using entire meat mixture, form meatballs in whatever size you like.
  3. In a roasting pan, place a little sauce in the bottom. Place a layer of cabbage in the pan, followed by a layer of sauce to cover. Keep layering in the same order until all the meatballs and sauce are used. Cover pan and bake at 375-degrees for about 1 hour. Delicious immediately, but even better the next day after flavors have blended more.
