Sesame Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F
  2. Grease a baking sheet well, or line a baking sheet with baking paper
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, salt sesame seeds, eggs and oil
  4. It will form a thick dough so may need your hands to give it a good mix
  5. Divide the dough in half
  6. Place half of the dough on a sheet of baking paper and place another sheet over the top
  7. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough over the paper until it is about 2 - 3 mm thick. The paper is not essential but it makes it a lot easier to roll out.
  8. Once it is as thin as possible, remove the top layer of the paper and slide it onto the baking tray.
  9. Using a knife or a pizza slicer, slice the dough into 6cm squares
  10. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown
  11. Repeat with the other half of the dough
