Mushroom Crostini With Fromage Fort

  1. Place the first 7 ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth, 1 min.
  2. Place in a small bowl and keep at room temperature
  3. Place butter and olive oil in a large skillet on medium high temperature
  4. Add mushrooms and stir until browned, 3 to 4 mins
  5. Add onion and soften, 2 mins
  6. Add wine and lemon juice, thyme and parsley, stir and cook until the liquid has evaporated
  7. lightly salt and pepper
  8. Coat toasted baguettes with the cheese spread, add mushrooms and garnish with chopped parsly
