  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0F. Lightly grease four 8-oz (1-cup) ramekins.
  2. For the baked macaroni and salmon, heat milk in a saucepan on medium. Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
  3. Melt butter in a large saucepan on medium. Add flour and cook, stirring, 1 min. Remove from heat. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 mins.
  4. Stir macaroni, salmon, and cheese into sauce. Divide mixture among ramekins.
  5. To make topping: in a small bowl, toss together the asparagus, tomatoes, parsley, bacon, and cheese.
  6. Spoon topping over each ramekin to cover. Bake 15-10 mins, until melted and bubbling. Serve with salad if desired.
