Peanut Butter Reverse Chocolate Cookies

  1. For the Chocolate Dough:nream butter and sugars using a hand or stand mixer.
  2. Beat in egg and peanut butter extract.
  3. Be sure to scrape down sides when needed.
  4. In a bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  5. Slowly combine wet and dry ingredients. Dough will be thick.
  6. Using a spoon or spatula mix in milk.
  7. Fold in peanut butter chips.
  8. For the Peanut Butter Dough:nream butter and sugars using a hand for stand mixer.
  9. Add peanut butter, egg and chocolate extract.
  10. Be sure to scrape down sides when needed.
  11. In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  12. Slowly combine wet and dry ingredients.
  13. Fold in chocolate chips.
  14. Chill both doughs for 2 hours!! Dough will be too messy if you miss this very important step!!
  15. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and line cookie sheets with parchment or use silicone mat.
  16. Remove dough from fridge
  17. Take approximately 2 tbsp. of each dough (one at a time) and roll into a ball.
  18. Put the 2 balls together and make 1 large ball.
  19. Bake cookies for approximately 12 minutes. At this point they will look under baked, however they will finish baking while they cool and firm up nicely.
  20. You can keep in cookies in an airtight container for about 10 days.
  21. They freeze well!!
