Cod Fish Rice

  1. In a pan with boiling water, add the cod and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Remove the cod, and save the water.
  3. In a saucepan, stew the onion, garlic, pepper, and cabbage.
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil, and let cook until the onion is transparent.
  5. Add the rice, and fry for 1 or 2 minutes.
  6. Add the water saved from cooking the cod, which should be boiling, the tomato pulp, and bring to a boil.
  7. When the rice is almost ready, add the cod, and mix.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Serve immediately.
