Seafood Creole Style(Soup)

  1. In 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, into hot salad oil, gradually stir flour; cook, stirring constantly, until flour is dark brown (mixture will be thick).
  2. Add celery, green pepper and onion; cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are lightly browned, stirring constantly.
