Sesame Teriyaki Salmon In Foil
- 4 salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut amino or soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- sesame seeds to garnish
- salt
- pepper pink berry, to taste, optional
- Pre-heat the oven to 375F degrees.
- Place the salmon on individual pieces of foil that is large enough to wrap around each filet. set aside
- In a small glass bowl combine the oil, sauces and honey.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the salmon filets and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Wrap the salmon filets with foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes than immediately turn the oven to a broil.
- Partially unwrap the salmon uncovering halfway to allow it to glaze.
- Broil for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and pink berry pepper (optional) and adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
