Aunt Diane'S Mushroom Piroshkies!

  1. In medium skillet, saute the ontions in the butter until just tender.
  2. Add mushrooms and saute for 3 mnutes...
  3. Stir in salt, pepper and egg yolk.
  4. Cool.
  5. Heat overn to 400.
  6. In medium bowl, combine sour cream and pie crusts mix until a ball forms.
  7. Divide in half and roll 1/2 at a time to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  8. Cut in 3 inch rounds with a cookie cutter (or water goblet).
  9. Place 1 tsp. filling in the middle of circle.
  10. Moisten the edges iwth a dab of water and fold edges over.
  11. Press edges all around with tines of a fork. Keep going.
  12. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
