- 2 tablespoons oat Fiber, Dietary Fiber - 0 Net Carbs - ~0 calories
- 1 tablespoon wheat Protein Isolate 8000, vital wheat gluten concentrate, 15 calories - ~100 percent protein
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 3 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder approximate

- I used a baking sheet with baking spray and pressed small dough balls until I had small 'crackers' on the tray.
- Bake in Oven at 425 for about 5 minutes, flip the crackers and bake for another 5 minutes (or until they brown on the edges).
- The above baking times could be longer, depending on how crisp you want your crackers. The above seemed to work decently well. I don't like the calculation because my items aren't listed in their database. I've included the number as available by 'FatSecret'
