Pear And Field Green Salad With Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Cinnamon Ground
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger McCormick(R), Ground
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt from McCormick(R) Sea Salt Grinder
- 6 ounces greens field
- 2 pears ripe, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons walnut pieces toasted
- 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- For the Vinaigrette, mix all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Just before serving, toss greens with pears, cranberries, walnuts and blue cheese in large bowl. (Or divide among individual serving plates.) Drizzle with Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Toss lightly to serve.
