Blt (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato) Salad Recipe
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 salad Iceberg
- 4 slices parma ham
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise - I use light mayonnaise, you can substitute normal mayonnaise with a light mayonnaise, salad dressing, yogurt or anything else what has less calories that the high calorie but delicious mayonnaise
- black pepper
- white pepper
- sea salt Small amount of, optional
- Heat your pan on medium heat and add your Parma ham. You do not need to add any oil since the Parma ham has its natural fat and fry it on both sides until it has a nice crunch.
- For your vegetables: Slice your tomatoes into your desired sizes and cut your ice berg salad. Mix your Iceberg salad with your mayonnaise and combine it well. ndd your tomatoes to your salad and season with black pepper, white pepper and a little bit of salt (salt is optional since the Parma ham is already full of salty flavor). ns a final touch add your Parma ham. nnEnjoy it fresh or from the fridge.
