Cauliflower Finger Foods

  1. Preheat the oven to 230C.
  2. Spray a baking tray with oil or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the flour, water, salt, and garlic/seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Add the pieces of cauliflower to the bowl. Cover the cauliflower completely, shake off any excess liquid and place them on the baking tray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. While the cauliflower is baking, melt the butter in a container or bowl and mix it with the hot sauce.
  7. Take the tray out of the oven and cover each piece of cauliflower with the butter and hot sauce mixture.
  8. Place the baking tray back into the oven for 10 more minutes.
  9. Take the tray out and serve.
