Lasagna

  1. Brown meat slowly, spoon off excess fat.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook noodles in large amount boiling salted water until tender; drain.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place half the noodles in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
  7. Spread with half the cottage cheese filling; add half the Mozzarella cheese then half the meat sauce.
  8. Repeat layers.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 about 30 minutes.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting squares.
  11. Filling will set slightly.
