Bolognese Spaghetti And Meat Sauce

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the carrot, onion, celery, and garlic. When the onion becomes transparent add the beef and cook until separated.
  2. When the beef changes color add a little salt and pepper and add the marinara sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the gouda cheese with the spaghetti and meat sauce in a pan. Serve onto individual plates and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
