Bolognese Spaghetti And Meat Sauce
- 7/8 pound ground beef
- 1 carrot diced
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/8 pounds spaghetti cooked al dente
- 8 tablespoons Parmesan grated
- 1 3/4 cups cheese gouda, cubed
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the carrot, onion, celery, and garlic. When the onion becomes transparent add the beef and cook until separated.
- When the beef changes color add a little salt and pepper and add the marinara sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix the gouda cheese with the spaghetti and meat sauce in a pan. Serve onto individual plates and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
