Cuban Lobster Club Roll
- 3/4 pound lobster claw /tail, mixed and loosely chopped.
- 1 red pepper loosely chopped
- cilantro 2 teaspoons
- lemon oil Sicilian, 1/4 cup
- paprika 1/2 teaspoon
- parsley 3 teaspoons
- butter
- 2 cloves
- mayo 1/2 cup
- chedder cheese to cover bun
- ciabatta buns toasted
- salad Chopped, 2 cups
- mix mayo, garlic, and butter in bowl.
- cut ciabatta bun and add cheddar cheese to cover half. Put buns in oven till cheese is melted and bread is well toasted.
- chop lobster and red pepper loosely and mix in bowl with cilantro, parsley, paprika and lemon oil.
- Remove buns from oven and apply garlic mayo to bun with no cheese.
- add lobster roll mix to bun and top with chopped salad.
