Hake Gratin

  1. Boil the hake lightly. Let cool, shred, and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  3. In a pan, brown the onion and the garlic with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Once they are golden brown, add the spinach until it is soft, then the shredded hake, and the sliced crab sticks.
  5. Mix well, and set aside.
  6. Boil the potatoes in salted water, together with the eggs.
  7. In an rectangular baking pan, add a layer of egg slices, sliced potatoes, hake and crab, and another layer of egg slices.
  8. Pour the white sauce on top, sprinkle with grated bread, and bake until golden and toasted.
