- shrimp as much, peeled and de-veined, as you like
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake rice wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced, I chose shittatke
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces bamboo shoots sliced
- 8 ounces water chestnuts sliced
- 15 ounces straw mushrooms can of, optional
- 3 carrots medium, thinly sliced
- 3 stalks celery thinly sliced
