Sausage & Peppers
- 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 1 pound sweet italian sausage links, cut into
- 3 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion medium, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 lipton recipe secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
- 1 cup water
- hoagies or rolls or italian rolls
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and brown sausage, turning frequently; drain. Remove sausage and set aside.
- Heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook green peppers and onion, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until tender. Stir in Lipton(R) Recipe Secrets(R) Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and return sausage to skillet. Simmer 5 minutes or until sausage is done. Serve on rolls.
