Quick Dinner: Prawn And Squid Tomato Spaghetti Pasta Recipe

  1. Start with boiling your pasta. Salt your water and put to boil and add your pasta and cook for about 8 minutes to all dente. Before you drain your pasta save some nf the starchy pasta water to thicken your sauce. nnIn a other pan for your sauce heat up on medium heat your olive oil and add your onions and stir. Then add your parley stalks cut finely and minced garlic cloves and stir well. Make sure the garlic does not burn. nnAdd your tomatoes cut into chunky pieces. Season with sea salt, black pepper and white pepper. Add your wine. Stir well.
  2. Add your tomato pure and continue to stir. nnAfter about 2 minutes add lemon juice from a 1/2 lemon. Add a teaspoon of wine vinegar and 1 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Stir well and taste if the tastes are well balanced for you. Add your starchy pasta water. Stir. nnNow is the time to add the rest of your parsley (you can leave a bit to garnish) and stir and after a minute your sauce is ready. Add your pasta and a teaspoon of butter and combine all together.
  3. Before your serving add your cooked prawns and squids. DO not put them in too early as they will easily overcook and it will not taste as well. nnGarnish with any of: fresh parsley, lemon wedges, parmesan cheese, ...nnd accompanied with a glass of a cold white wine. nnEnjoy.
