Heart Healthy Quick Chicken And Vegetables

  1. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine onion, celery, carrot and butter.
  2. Cover and microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
  3. Stir in flour, bouillon granules, marjoram, thyme and pepper.
  4. Blend in water.
  5. Stir in chicken.
  6. Cover and microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring once.
  7. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with noodles or spaghetti.
  9. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
