Grilled Chicken & Veggie Pasta Salad
- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Wish-Bone Light Italian Dressing
- 8 ounces green beans
- 1 sweet onion large, thickly sliced into rounds
- 1 zucchini medium, sliced lengthwise into thirds
- 1 red bell pepper large, quartered
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. Combine Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Light Mayonnaise, basil and lemon juice in large bowl. Add pasta and toss.
- Meanwhile, grill chicken and vegetables until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender. Cut warm vegetables into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice chicken. Toss with Wish-Bone Light(R) Italian Dressing in large bowl. Add pasta and toss.
