Sunbutter Blossom Cookies

• 1/2 cup butter softened
• 1/2 cup SunButter (R), we used Creamy
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• sugar Additional, for rolling
• 36 Hershey's Kisses plain chocolate variety, unwrapped

1. Heat oven to 375u0b0F.
2. In large bowl, cream butter and SunButter together until smooth. Add sugars and cream for 2 to 3 minutes. Add egg, beating until combined.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and baking powder until dough forms.
4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in additional sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart.
5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Immediately press 1 Kiss candy in center of each cookie.
6. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.
