Strawberry Cream Pie
- 1 1/4 c. reduced-fat graham cracker crumbs
- 5 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. Equal Measure or 2 packets Equal sweetener or 2 Tbsp. Equal Spoonful*
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 tsp. Equal Measure or 6 packets Equal sweetener or 1/4 c. Equal Spoonful*
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 3 1/2 tsp. Equal Measure or 12 packets Equal sweetener or 1/2 c. Equal Spoonful*
- 1 pt. strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 8 Tbsp. frozen light whipped topping (optional)
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1 teaspoon Equal Measure or 2 packets Equal sweetener or 1 tablespoon Equal Spoonful in an 8-inch pie pan; pat evenly on bottom and side of pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until lightly browned, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Cool.
