Yogurt Gelatin Dessert With Mixed Berry Sauce

  1. Hydrate the gelatin in the hot water. Stir and microwave if needed, until the gelatin has dissolved.
  2. In a blender, add the yogurt, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth.
  3. Add the gelatin and puree again.
  4. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until it solidifies.
  5. For the sauce, combine the berries, sugar, and water in the blender. Puree until smooth. Sift if desired.
  6. Remove the gelatin from the refrigerator.
  7. Unmold and serve pouring sauce on top. Garnish to taste.
