Yogurt Gelatin Dessert With Mixed Berry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 4 1/4 cups yogurt creamy
- 1 5/16 cups condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 pound mixed berries
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- water as needed
- Hydrate the gelatin in the hot water. Stir and microwave if needed, until the gelatin has dissolved.
- In a blender, add the yogurt, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth.
- Add the gelatin and puree again.
- Pour into a mold and refrigerate until it solidifies.
- For the sauce, combine the berries, sugar, and water in the blender. Puree until smooth. Sift if desired.
- Remove the gelatin from the refrigerator.
- Unmold and serve pouring sauce on top. Garnish to taste.
