Hidden Sloppy Joe

• 1 lb. ground round
• 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
• 3 Tbsp. catsup
• 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
• 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken gumbo soup
• 3 c. Bisquick mix (Jiffy is cheaper)
• 2/3 c. milk
• 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
• 2 eggs

1. Cook and stir beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.
2. Stir in catsup, mustard and soup.
3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
4. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
5. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
6. Generously grease 12-cup Bundt cake pan.
7. Mix remaining ingredients; beat 30 seconds.
8. Spread 2 cups of batter on bottom of pan and 2 inches up sides and center of pan.
9. Spoon meat mix on that.
10. Drop remaining batter by teaspoon 1/2 inch apart.
11. Bake 25 minutes.
12. Invert.
13. Serves 6.
